Spokepay

Terms of Service

Effective: May 11, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Spokepay (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, the security of the device you use to access the app, and the contents of the invoices you create and send. You agree to keep your sign-in email under your control and to notify us promptly at support@spokepay.io if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Spokepay to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive invoices; (c) impersonate another person or business; (d) infringe the rights of others; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app's operation, the operation of any third-party service it relies on, or the experience of any other user.

No warranty

Spokepay is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that voice transcription or parsing will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spokepay and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spokepay's operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The governing-law jurisdiction will be specified here once finalized.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
